Store policy

Refund & Returns Policy

Because every product we sell is a digital file delivered instantly, all sales are final once your download is delivered. If a download ever fails, arrives broken, or goes missing, we will make it right — re-delivery of your files is guaranteed. The full policy is below, in plain language.

Effective date: July 4, 2026 · Applies to purchases made directly on hebrewhomeschoolhub.com

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to purchases made directly on hebrewhomeschoolhub.com through our secure Stripe checkout. Purchases made in our Etsy shop are governed by Etsy's policies and the policies posted on our Etsy listings, not by this page.

2. All sales are final

Every product in our shop is a digital file (PDF and/or PowerPoint inside a ZIP) delivered by download link immediately after payment. Digital files cannot be "returned" — once delivered, they cannot be taken back the way a physical product can. For that reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except as expressly described in this policy or where required by law.

We keep this fair in two ways. First, we publish detailed descriptions, page counts, and preview images on every product page — please review them before you buy. Second, we give away substantial free samples so you can judge our quality before spending anything: a complete free activity week, free lesson-sample PDFs, and a library of free printables.

3. What we will always make right

If your download link does not arrive, does not work, or your files arrive damaged or incomplete, email us at hebrewhomeschoolhub@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order receipt. We will re-deliver working files promptly. Re-delivery of the purchased files is your exclusive remedy for delivery problems; if — and only if — we cannot provide you a working copy of what you purchased, we will refund that purchase in full to your original payment method.

4. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice (for example, a duplicate order of the same pack), email us within 14 days of the duplicate charge with both receipts. We will, at our discretion, refund the duplicate charge. Purchasing a bundle that contains a product you previously bought separately is not a duplicate purchase.

5. For customers in the EU and UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that right lapses when performance begins. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the content is delivered. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

6. Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong to you, please contact us first — nearly every issue is resolved within one business day. We take payment-card disputes seriously: for orders where our records show the files were delivered, we respond to chargebacks with delivery evidence, and we may decline future orders from buyers who initiate chargebacks on delivered digital goods rather than contacting us.

7. Your license

Our packs are sold under a single-family license: one household, unlimited personal use, including printing for your own children. The files may not be re-sold, redistributed, uploaded for sharing, or used for commercial teaching without a separate license (co-ops: each family purchases its own copy). The products are licensed, not sold; violation of the license terminates it without refund.

8. How to reach us

Email hebrewhomeschoolhub@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt (it arrives by email the moment you purchase) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and delivery problems are typically fixed the same day.

9. The legal fine print

This policy is part of the terms under which Hebrew Homeschool Hub sells digital products. It is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence applies instead. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update this policy from time to time; the version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
