Privacy notice

Updated September 16, 2026. This notice describes the current Hebrew Homeschool Hub website. Our resources are for adults choosing supplemental learning materials for children; our signup and checkout forms are for adults.

Email updates and support

The optional signup form asks for an adult email address and explicit consent to resource and product updates. New submissions store the email address, signup source, time and consent version in Cloudflare storage. The updated form does not add your IP address or country to that subscriber record. Older records may contain those fields. Submitting the form saves your request; it does not guarantee an immediate welcome email.

Free samples do not require signup. To leave the update list or ask about a subscriber record, email hebrewhomeschoolhub@gmail.com from the relevant address. Support messages are used to respond to the issue you raise. Please do not send children’s names, contact information or school records.

Purchases and downloads

Direct website purchases use Stripe checkout. Stripe processes payment information; our website uses the resulting order reference and payment status to confirm access to the correct private download. We can also read the purchaser email and country from the verified order for the order page and support. A download link is an access credential: keep it private. Etsy links take you to Etsy, where Etsy’s checkout and privacy practices apply.

The order page may display Google Customer Reviews’ optional survey invitation. To display that invitation, it provides Google with the order email, delivery country, delivery date and an opaque order reference. Choosing whether to receive the survey is separate from signing up for our product updates. The download does not depend on the survey.

Website measurement and browser storage

Google Analytics measures website visits, resource downloads, product views, checkout starts, verified purchases, newly saved signups and outbound Etsy clicks. It may use cookies or browser identifiers. Our analytics code strips private checkout and download tokens from the URLs it sends and keeps buyer email out of purchase events. A paid-download click measures a request to download, not proof that a file arrived.

Browser storage remembers a dismissed announcement and helps avoid counting the same purchase again. A short-lived signup success cookie is used once to distinguish a saved signup from an ordinary thank-you-page visit. Blocking analytics does not prevent checkout or downloads.

Service providers and choices

Cloudflare serves and secures the site and stores subscriber records and private product files. Stripe provides direct checkout, and Google provides analytics and the optional review invitation. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser. For questions about information held by Hebrew Homeschool Hub or a request to correct or remove a subscriber record, contact hebrewhomeschoolhub@gmail.com. Order and payment records may need to be retained for transaction support and recordkeeping.
