What your download includes

One ZIP contains seven PDFs, three PPTX files, and two text files. The English and Hebrew decks tell the same lesson; they are not 28 different lessons. Counts include the stated covers and guidance pages.

What your child practices

Follow the six creative days and distinguish Shabbat as the seventh day of rest. Use pictures to retell the sequence, connect selected Hebrew words with meanings, and share one thing that inspires wonder or gratitude.

The matching activities use facing dots and drawn connections between pictures and prompts. Other pages invite your child to trace selected Hebrew words, think about the story, draw a favorite moment, plan one small act of care, and reflect on what they learned.

Choose the support that fits today

For emerging readers, read directions aloud and invite pointing, spoken answers, drawing, or dictation. Keep writing short and introduce the meaning before asking for independent Hebrew reading. More confident readers can explain a match, compare the creative days with Shabbat, or write a short retelling. The parent guide offers a whole-lesson plan and shorter sessions; its timing is a planning estimate.

Language, printing, and files

The English deck and parent guide can be used by an adult who does not read Hebrew. The Hebrew deck and teacher notes are intended for an adult who reads Hebrew. Worksheets combine pointed Hebrew with English pupil directions. Approximate pronunciation help covers selected vocabulary and the opening verse. Audio and full transliteration of every sentence are not included.

Use the fixed-layout PDFs to preserve the page layout. The worksheet PDF is US Letter; print at Actual Size / 100%. A4 files are not included. PPTX files are also supplied. Hebrew sentence words are separate text objects, so changing a sentence may require moving individual words. Native PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides compatibility has not been separately tested.

Story scope and family use

This traditional Torah lesson covers Genesis 1:1–2:3, with a care-for-the-world connection to Genesis 2:15. It is a focused Creation and Shabbat lesson, not a complete study of Parashat Bereishit.

The images are teaching cues, not records of creation events. The pack combines credited photographs with AI-assisted teaching illustrations, identified in the credits. The lesson was prepared with AI assistance and editorial review. A quoted biblical verse includes a spelled-out divine name; follow your family’s practice for handling sacred text.

The license covers one family’s household use. You may print for children in that household. Classroom, co-op, resale, redistribution, and sharing the digital files are not included. For download help, email hebrewhomeschoolhub@gmail.com with your order details. Read our digital download policy.
